We have standard Elliptical heads (2:1 hemispherical head), 10% torispherical heads and other molds. Please use two different shapes of heads according to the design of the equipment, the conditions of use, and this is beneficial to quality and cost management. Especially for atmospheric containers such as food, pharmaceuticals, water treatment and underground storage tanks, we recommend the use of 10% torispherical head made by cold stamping or spinning.

　　①If the overall length of the equipment has been specified, the use of 10% torispherical head will increase the capacity compared to the standard elliptical head.

　　②Because the curved surface of the 10% torispherical head is smoother than the 2:1 elliptical head, it is easy to install fixed plates and brackets on the head, and the work efficiency is high.

　　③Because the 10% torispherical head has a lower degree of processing than the standard elliptical head, the forming quality of the large-diameter 10% torispherical thin-walled head is good and the appearance is nice.

　　④ If it is the same inner diameter and the same thickness of the head, 10% torispherical head is smaller than the standard elliptical head, the material size is smaller, which can save material.
