Forming ability

Continuously investing in technology upgrades and infrastructure enhancements, we strive to expand our forming capacity to accommodate market demands and customer requirements effectively. By cold punching press we produce heads and bottoms with diameters of up to 3,500 mm and wall thicknesses of 30 mm. Through pressing and hot flanging forming processes, heads and bottoms with diameters of up to 12,000 mm and wall thicknesses of 80 mm.

Comprehensive certification strength

We have a national standard of quality control system, has qualified by ISO900 1:2008, ISO1400 1:2004, OHSMS 18001. We obtained production license of A3 in Oct. 2006 and achieved the international approvals of ASME in July 2009. These certifications demonstrate our commitment to quality, environment, safety, and expertise, enabling us to establish credibility in the market and provide reliable products and services to our customers.
